This unit set up for manufacturing facility at Mahindra Supplier Park, is developed to support the capacity of producing high quality products and systems, using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and advanced optimization tools to ensure consistent levels of quality and improve efficiency. Production processes like semi- automated SPM deliver significant improvements in performance and costs. We employ lean manufacturing techniques that improve efficiency & quality, by reducing inventory and in turn raises revenue per employee. This facility also employs advanced manufacturing processes and optimization tools, well supported by our R&D centre at Chennai, a proven approach to improve product quality that eliminates product variability, defects and waste.
